You're never going to get it all done.

Whatever it is that you want, or feel you need to achieve. As soon as you get there, the satisfaction and sense of fulfilment is shortlived.  It’s quickly replaced with a new desire, a new goal. If we can recognise this, it’s amazingly liberating. We can stop chasing, stop fretting that we’re not going to make it because we know that it’s a constant process. And so, when we acknowledge that our lives and ourselves as individuals are actually ‘works in progress’, we give ourselves the freedom to make mistakes, learn from them and grow into better versions of ourselves. So, will you give yourself a break? Take your foot off the gas for just a minute. You've done enough.
